Step 1: First Discovery Call with Executive Director/CEO (On this call, I’ll let you know what you need to budget to do this work.)
Step 2: If you choose to continue the conversation, I’ll host a Second Discovery Call with the ED and 1-2 Board Members. This ensures you have buy-in and they understand the process.
Step 3: If you’re still interested, I’ll create a 2-3 page outline of how we’d work together, deliverables, and KPIs.
Step 4: We’ll hop back on a call to reveiw questions you have on the outline. This is a perfect call to bring your Development Director to or that one board member ‘who hates consultants’!
Step 5: You’ll let me know if I should pop the outline into a final Agreement for review, approval, and processing.
