First Discovery Call with ED/CEO
(I’m up front. On this call, you’ll know what you need to budget to do this work.)
Step 2:
If you choose to continue the conversation, I’ll host a Second Call with the ED and 1-2 Board Members. Afterall, we’re gonna need their buy-in.
Step 3:
If you’re still interested, I’ll create a 2-3 page outline of how we’d work together, deliverables, and KPIs. Here’s where I’ll give references also.
Last Step:
We’ll hop on a final call to reveiw any questions you have. This is a perfect call to invite your Development Director to or that one board member ‘who hates consultants’! After this call, you’ll let me know if I should pop the outline into a final Agreement for review, approval, and processing.
