In Fundraising, desperation doesn’t scale revenue; it shrinks it.
When we lead with urgency and scarcity, we unintentionally train donors to give transactionally, not relationally. We create short-term spikes and long-term ceilings. We also exhaust our teams and then wonder why we're stuck on the event hamster wheel.
